False Feedback after 3 months and his account use by others also

This user cgudda buy my account on Apr 20, 2024 and now he is using services of other user you can check, suddenly after availing the services from other user he added false feedback on my post and giving false accusation to hurt my reputation. How can he do that in 3 months his account was used by other services provider also so what they uses in his account no one knows . Kindly look into this matter and resolve ASAP

Also there should be a policy for users who avail multiple services from other users because their account was then used by other service providers too so their is no guarantee which services provider using that account what he uses on that account.
