False Feed Back

I bought the an account from lilblue for $170 for FFBE GL. I sent him the payment once for $170 as good and services on Paylpal. He declinced to sent me the account information and needed it sent as friends and family. He stated the $170 was refunded and I have called paypal to confirm it. For some reason the $170 was not refunded. Also, he somehow got back into the google account and unbind it. That is when I ask him back for all my money! He is a scammer and I have pictures to prove my case. He has wrote a false review on my account. Please, ban him and review the negative review.
