False "Confirmed Feedback"

Hello, after logging in today, I saw that I received a negative "Confirmed Feedback". The creator of the feedback was scammed by someone else. You can see more information here: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/i-did-the-payment-and-i-cant-get-the-account.2349223/

Now I have received 3 negative comments from the person, one of which is "Confirmed" although I had nothing to do with it. Could you please remove the comments and bad feedback as it was obviously not my fault nor am I involved.

My feedback can delete, its false... Team4ick have didnt done nothing wrong, it was Timoty2A RSL.
