False claim on Neutral feedback

Hi, I'd like to request a delete on my recent neutral feedback due to claim that I'm "careless" which is not true.
I wouldn't even mind having neutral feedback, but this is pretty much a lie.
Anyways, here the sitaution: I sold him my WoW account ( bnet account actually ), gave him email and password and there was no problems,
the only issue was that I didnt have Secret Question answer which delayed changing some stuff.
So instead of aborting that deal he said he he will contact bnet support, so as I done all his requests to help him, I also offered to give him account cdkey to make it 100% easier for him, of course they gave him full access on his request there and deal was 100% done.
Since he could just say something like "you dont have all info, refund me money " instead of contacting and waiting for bnet support, I think this neutral feedback calling me "careless" is totally false.

I can send Skype log to moderators inbox to make sure I don't compromise buyers account since all infos are in there.

I do not see an honest issue with the feedback. where he put the comments your complaining about mod staff and buyer and seller can only see. a week is a long time to get all the information and he had to do the leg work

The feedback is fair. just because you do not like does not mean it gets removed. SQA is a huge part of sale, that's your responsibility for not having it.
