Fake feedback no sales

Lies, I have attached the link to the dm conversation already, where I paid him for the account on 27th and no delivery had been made.
Even now he is trying to manipulate me into calling myself a liar and a Screenshot attached! (to discredit me so when he finally blocks me on discord, the admins will be on his side).
Even after 9 days, I am willing to work things out if he can give me the promised account or the refund, but he refuses to do the right thing and concots stories and excuses.
I will delete or change the feedback once the delivery is made or refund is processed but not a minute before it. I don't want others to waste their investment or money so I would not be changing this feedback until he keeps his end of the bargain.
He promised me an alternative, but unsurprisingly isn't acting on that promise either and tried to sell it today.
