I had communicated with this "seller" over the messaging services to purchase a Top War Battle game account. In which he offered pictures of the account. I agreed to purchase said account once we negotiated. I asked for certain, specific pictures which Sa1ntPeter couldn't provide. I get on another gaming site that sells accounts as well, and I find the exact account in which he claimed to own. I offered to purchase said account on here through the trade guardian, through another site, or use an independent middle man service. He refused and insisted I pay him through PayPal. So then he proceeded to leave feedback stating I would take peoples money and calling me a scammer? I was the person buying the account from him, how was my intention to take the money?
