  1. the 2 pics shows i paid 5$ to kept off the market then i talked to him with other account to see if he's legit
    turns out he still kept it in the makret
    then he tried to offer an account for 330$ not the one paid 5$ to hold it

    first payment was Wednesday 21 may its in work days

    second payment was Thursday 22 may the last working day in saudi its end at 2pm so banks are closed when did i sent the payment its was 7:56pm so banks are closed then immediately he refunded the payment , called me a scammer then block me

Haha nice try. But I'm not gonna play your game. I have all proofs. You insist on using only PayPal and refuse to use other payment methods.
Regardless, TG was not used.
Off-site deal, and he's been fully refunded. I did not accept to sell due to his suspicious weird behavior. the 5$ was off the value of the account. Not even extra. Out of good will,I found him a better account.
He's been fully refunded.case closed.

  • first of all you refunded the 5$ when i make a ticket not when i asked , you said we are rich 5$ for the waiting time, you even you didn't put the account out of the market, i said to you 80$ on hold cuz we are in the weekend banks are closed

Do you have braincells?I put it off the market then I found u a better acc.i was gonna return your 5$ if you buy the new account of course. Don't be stupid. Also you made a new discord account to test me,it's obvious you're plotting something kid. When I saw the PayPal balance on hold,I thought you were a scammer,so I refunded your payment (80$) and the 5$ that I had withdrawn 2days ago was in my bank. And I didn't wanna refund it cause you seemed like a scammer and it was the "waiting time of me putting the account off the market". Also, I said in PayPal "I was busy" to close the case and avoid problems. If I wanted to take your money,I would take 80$ not 5$ kid. As I said go play somewhere else. Here are the proofs. I got u another Rd acc believing that you would like it.

I do not want to sell my account to you. You don't deserve it. Don't force it. I offered you multiple payment methods,you did not accept. Your fault.

  • Epicnpc only investigates feedback disuptes if Trade Guardian is used. Any of the Trade Guardian services including the free service.
    • If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
      • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
      • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
  • Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
  • Feedback can only be removed if it's false. We will only investigate these claims if Trade Guardian is used.
  • If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
    • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
    • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

He was fully refunded. no TG was used. And I haven't made any sale. There was no transaction whatsoever. I'm waiting for the removal of the feedback

If the payment has been made but refunded,why does it count as a transaction?he did not buy my account nor have I sold it to him. In this case,any buyer who would send a 1$ transaction without buying anything,can mess with your feedback easily,don't u think?this is not good for your sellers.
