DISPUTE GUIDELINES
You MUST provide proof or your claim will not be valid!
I never scammed him or refunded him since that would not be possible, the only type of payment I gave him was steam cards and you can't refund those, he is also doing this because I left him a bad review and he wanted revenge. Also I was the buyer so there is no way I scammed him, I also went first.
Edit: This is the 29th day so I'm not late
- Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback
- If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
- We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
- After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
- Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
- Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
- Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.
