Failed to communicate

This person contacted me on EpicNPC, after sending payment via Paypal and giving us account information - we then move to Discord to talk. Everything went smoothly until my booster got an electrical problem and disconnect the account. We try to communicate but there is no reply since then. Now we got a bad review while still trying to contact him and have no response from him.
