So you will have to get faceit premium to start doing this mission (10$ a month). You can withdraw the points in csgo skins / steam wallet codes and many more.
These faceit missions (very unique) 100 000 points for 100 win matches. (u will get 100000 points if u win 100 matches in month, so its like 1000 faceit points for 1 match) 1000=1$ basically.
