I no longer have time to play AL so I'm selling this account that was playing since the game came to global (Lexington day 1). The game has 99.3% collection rate so everything is pretty much collected and retro-ed.
1) PR1, 2, 3 are all collected and PR4 has Anchorage. Azuma is dev 30. After you get all PR4 you will get 100% collection rate because they are the only ones missing.
2) Lots of lvl 120 from every faction to build the fleet you want, or just grind the ones you want.
3) Lots of ringed and COSTUMES (hence extra price) PM which ship and which costumes if you don't see it in screenshot.
4) All event/collabs ships (only missing White Heart from Nep event but no one uses her anyways) including idolmaster girls are collected.
5) Current 400 cubes+ and still have 1300 gems left (for any extra costumes) so you're ready to get everything from any future banners.

Please look at screenshot thumbnails for progression. Price is currently $700 (via paypal Friends&Family) negotiable but be reasonable. Some ships names are censored since they're custom. Trade Guardian is REQUIRED to protect you and me both.

I think you misunderstood it, Trade Guardian is a service that will call a middleman to secure the account for you, and before the middleman gives the account to you, you will still have to send the money to my Paypal account. While I'm actually okay without the service (since you have to pay for middleman as well), you will have to send the money first before I send you the account information. If that sounds too shady for you then you have to use middleman to ease your mind.
