Why the **** isn't this scammer banned? He has SEVERAL reports for the same thing.
Dude took money and exit scammed without providing the service.
Collected money to send appeals / unban, failed to complete service for 1 account, and then completely didn't even try for other 2 attempts for the other accounts that were paid for.
He has not replied in weeks, went 100% MIA, has multiple reports of this exact scenario happening to multiple people, and is somehow not banned? What the hell? Am I missing something?
