Bought from this fella just recently. Took a little while for the transaction to go through on his end, but he was very cooperative, handled the situation smoothly until he eventually recieved the currency.

Sidenote: Ended up talking to him for a little while after the transaction was completed on both ends. Very social and nice talking to also, well behaved and speaks English as well as would be expected.
