There is no way to confirm if a seller botted or hand-farmed their currency. Either way, the risk to being banned for participating in the currency market appears to be about the same.

Zodiac Brave (all 16items, all gc and all soldiery for items) you need to provide the 400k gils and i will leave you the crafting items only.
Nexus Light farming. (purchase all 2000 light or by 200)
all other parts of relic, from A relic reborn zenith all way to final part (zodiac brave at moment) all or just some, can do any.
atma stones, atma books, alexandrites(map completions included) (all or partial for any farming)
hunts/allied seals
power leveling alts or first class with class story (from 1-20 with chocobo, 1-50 or anything in between)
main story (got backed up and only have first story done? i'll run through all of them, open all the dungeons for you)
open dungeons or get first kills
towers for items.
myth farming, soldiery farming.
daily roulette X7 (full week worth)
daily beastmen quests (full week worth)
and basically anything else.
