I am looking for a clean account without any Kill Rights / Hunted by merc account OR any red flags by CCP

Needs to have at-least Mastery 4 on Orca / Rorq.
the price can be negotiated once you let me know the skills & current assets & standings.

We will use a Epic NPC MM for the trade & payments will be via Skrill only. No trades without MM
