This is a very good miner that has Exhumers 5 (yes, five). This miner has the maximum mining skills available, just look at the skill list. He is a MONEY MACHINE. Has industrials 5 also so he is ready to be trained for a freighter. The ship he comes with is a Cargohold Optimization rigged HULK!!!
The account also has +3 implants on the miner.
It is training for drone interfacing 5 (one of the best skills in the game and a requirement for carriers).

lol ... if buying farmer ISK for $30 per billion was such a good deal you guys would already be doing it instead of bargaining on here for this character

you know very well that if you buy cheap isk from farmers there is a good chance GMs will take the ISK you bought from you and even give you shiny ban in addition if you used the ISK to buy character making you lose everything you have played for

for a 14mil sp char? if you sold it for isk it's only worth 2.8bil at the most, current isk prices are ~30/bil. you'll be lucky to get anything over $100 for it.
