I'm looking to find a steady supplier for ISK and PLEX, I plan on making purchases for both every two weeks or so for the forseeable future (A couple billion ISK and a couple PLEX each time.)

That would fluctuate with the market price, would it not?

Currently I'm looking to pay around $14/billion and $8/PLEX. Keep in mind, I'm looking for one person to be my supplier, I'm just not getting back into EVE and am bringing friends with me, I will be making a purchase at least once every two weeks.
