How can you be sure that its me whose trying to hack your account..

He must have used the recovery email though that the middle man would have changed or removed. Netease has more then just binds there own recovery system in the game.

Dude I used to be a mm for another site I know how it works. I had it fully secure. Unfortunately with netease it's real basic to recover accounts no matter what a new owner does. Fortunately for me though I had all the ss saved and all his personal information. Plus a couple of in game purchases with receipts gave me enough to convince netease its mine :) managed to recover.
Did you use middleman service?

Middleman doesnt cover you if the owner recovers account 3 months after sale. He just gets banned from epic I think.
