So first off, I would like to add that if there is a NPCverified person willing to middleman for this transaction I would be extremely grateful (I have had someone try to scam me before)

-All champions are owned except Vel'koz
- 17 rune pages as well as have most T3 runes and quintessences
- I own 97 skins (I will link the elophant page to people seriously interested in buying) including some legendaries such as Brolaf, Demonblade Tryndamere and Blood Lord Vladimir. Rarest skin is probably Goalkeeper Blitzcrank from when it first came out. Most skins are for top laners.
