EUW Master, all champs, 50+ skins, most runes, 21k ip, old icons, chat restricted.
It says diamond in the thread name, but there's no master prefix.
Master in s4 ( have master border and all rewards - morg skin, 2nd ward from 5s, diamond+master icons )
Either high diamond or master atm because still playing atm, but can make it master before selling.
All champions
50+ skins
Some quality icons ( even plat s1 icon , there was no diamond back then )
Most runes ( pretty much all needed runes imaginable, without useless ones like energy etc )

The only drawback are chat restrictions which make the account a tad cheaper.
