Like title says, i wanna buy a lvl 30 account Asap!
I'm looking for a cheap one; like 10~ish dollars or so.
Things the account needs/nicetohave.
-Lvl 30(This one is necesarry)
-Have to be on EUW(This one is necesarry aswell!)
-NO RANKED GAMES PLAYED!
-A few champions, And a few runes would be epic!

I just need a fresh lvl 30 account so that i can start playing ranked just when i get it.
I don't care how many skins/champs the account have, aslong as it is lvl 30 and have no ranked games played, and is on EUW!
