There is no way to confirm if a seller botted or hand-farmed their currency. Either way, the risk to being banned for participating in the currency market appears to be about the same.

Lost Ark player here, not a bot farm runner. I am willing to sell surplus of my gold since my entire roster is set for next couple of months.
Gold is acquired in full legal ways - mostly from in-game activities as well as item flipping on the market(can prove it).

Below are screenshots showing part of my market flipping(I made over 400k alone on gems flipping during gems bonanza when lvl7 gems were going for 8k) if that might help you to convince that gold doesn't come from botting activities and a screen of my character.
