Over many years I have been personally playing this game and this has been my only account. I have mainly focused on PvP and so this account is great for any customer looking for a very high-end account.
This account has 4 level 90 characters;
(Shadow) Priest - ilvl 550 (full PvP gear)

Prideful Gladiator is otherwise known as Rank 1 (top 0.1% of the ladder of players)
Due to a relatively new feature, player achievements are shared across the entire account and same goes for Mounts. So you will notice that every character shares the same achievements and mount.
Please use this website as a reference throughout, as when I say a character will be getting Hero of The Alliance or Gladiator, you can reference to a calculator that verifies that I am speaking the truth. Make sure to check my Character's personal ratings on the Armory links provided and so on..
