Dont care about any other character really, would be preferred if acc is not progressed beyond Adventure rank 29, but NOT a requirement.
I am trading my adventure rank 28 EU acc, with lvl 40 Razor fully geared, lvl 40 Barbara with 1 more constellation unlock before full constellation unlock, lvl 30 Fischl, lvl 12 Noelle, lvl 1 Mona, lvl 1 Ningguang, lvl 1 Sucrose, lvl 1 Chongyun, lvl 1 Beidou, lvl 1 Bennett, and lvl 1 Xiangling.
If it holds any interest, I have been maining Kaeya so he is also 40 with full upgraded gear and two constellation unlocks. I still have plenty of upgrade & leveling materials for the other unleveled characters (if you want the specifics pm me).
Current Account balance is 1155 Masterless Stardust, 4 Masterless Starglitter, and 323 Primogems.
I am willing to put out some money too on top of the acc if you find the tradeoff of accounts insufficient.
