I pre-ordered on Tera eu when it was in obt.
Played on those times when we had max lvl 40 yet. I had large ping and i lost interest on that time.
It has all the digital collector perks; 8 character slots, 4 bank tabs, a special title, account-bound white digital collectors lion mount(not available for any other players anymore) 2 account bound rings. (reminder: although i got low lvl chars there)
I'm willing to sell it for 15$\eu.

Its got low level chars, but the account has lots of useful stuff. theres about 10-40 lockbox keys to be claimed on most of the chars or, already claimed on different characters. theres lots of 30 day travel atlases to be claimed, tons of npc summon scrolls, character slots, etc.
