No , its not , I got "VAC Ban(s)" for using cheats in games , I used a gun camo cheat in Blac Ops 2 , it banned me from its Multiplayer and Zombies, thats 2 VACs , and 1 VAC on MW3 , Used gravity hack :3 , made people fly x3
VAC = Valve Anti Cheat
Some games use VAC's system to detect and ban cheaters/hackers , and with VAC , it also does some Public shaming on the process
