This offer is oriented towards the veterans/experienced users who have a lot of items resulted from failstacking and they can't sell it on the auction house, as nobody is interested to buy their items. For example, a TRI Lierto weapon, worth around 300M Silver, which would require few days or even weeks to sale on the Auction house, can be turned into CASH Silver in a matter of minutes, for only $15 by using this service. Just divide the item price in Silver by the ratio to find the price in $USD. In our case, it's 300M (Price in Silver) / 20 ( ratio is 1:20) = $15 (price in $USD)
