Your account only has a founder pack. Founder packs, the highest one, include only 2 skins, a few champs, an icon and a small amount of both currencies. I have sold many similar accounts for about £60. They arent worth much more I am afraid.
As mentioned, the above account had everything you could buy in the game at the time of sale (Skins, augmentations, you name it...).
