The only problem is that the account is linked with my personal google account, and i can't give to you. I linked with a new Facebook account, so you can login with that. I give you username+password of facebook and email+password of facebook's mail
That is why the price is cheap. I can't sign-out from my google account and i can't give to you. You can login by Facebook and change all info of this facebook account so will be yours and no one can recovery.
Other limit: i think you can't shop on the account.I think you can buy item only if you play with iphone, cause you can link your apple id too and pay by apple. On android, the payment system is done by google, and cause i can't give my account, you should be not enable to perform a payment
