Got account, but won't remove deadlink.

When I bought the account, they showed that there wasnt any deadlinks however when i actually gained access to the account there is a gmail deadlink which they are just not removing. I asked them to remove it, they said ok and it'd take a few hours, it has been WEEKS and this person has refused to actually remove it. I wouldn't really do business with this person again unless they removed bind, I can't safely play on the account knowing its got a bind where they can easily access the account.
