I'm only paying for those, I don't care if it has 1-5 characters who are level 50 or 0. I'm just for things I listed.

My account has both although you might not be wanting to buy an account with 1 world 1st and multiple world 2nd/EU 1st kill dates + the time invested you'd expect from an account involved in the raiding race just for decor items/skins.
