Team setups and suggestions:
The available team setups that I've found to be incredibly fun (and optimized) are;
Firefly Break: Firefly/Harmony TB/Ruan Mei/Gallagher
Kafka DoT: Kafka/Ruan Mei/Black Swan/HuoHuo
Hypercarry Seele: Bronya/Tingyun/Seele/HuoHuo
Clara Throwin Hands: Clara/Topaz/Robin/March 7th or HuoHuo
The Cooler Daniel: Dan Heng IL/Tingyun/Bronya or Ruan Mei/HuoHuo
Before we say goodbye, here's three things I'd like to recommend or ask you to keep in mind if buying the account;
The most valuable unit for this account's characters is likely a third sustain option, locked behind Fu Xuan or Aventurine.
Fu Xuan enables many Acheron comps to really shine, and it frees Gallagher to serve up for Firefly Break. Additionally, Fu Xuan is likely Seele's best-in-slot sustain unit.
Aventurine offers similar benefits, but is angled more towards enabling Topaz to really shine. However, he's still an excellent support for Acheron. Depending on which team you want, I would prioritize one of the two first, but likely not both, as you probably won't need both. Gallagher and HuoHuo (with her E1, especially) are already amazing units that likely won't be powercrept for a long, long time.
Gepard's LC is also amazing on them both, and is their second-best option. It is only slightly behind their signature Light Cones, to the point it's not even a noticeable difference. It's also already on the account, so there's no need to pull for weapons.
The next characters I would consider are Silver Wolf and Sparkle, in that order.
Sparkle isn't as necessary, because E6 Bronya outshines her by a mile in most teams that don't care much for SP consumption. Dan Heng IL, however, does. Seele, with the SP-positive Tingyun and SP-positive E1 HuoHuo, doesn't struggle with spamming her skill every action. If DHIL is your priority or you'd like to optimize the team, Sparkle should be your best bet; even before the sustains, actually.
If you choose to run Sparkle over Bronya and want her, then Bronya's LC is already on the account, and is her second-best LC, staying competitive with her signature.
Silver Wolf, on the other hand, slots perfectly into Acheron's team, and is a really fun unit to run alongside Pela and Acheron. Also, Resolution Shines as Pearls Of Sweat is actually SW's BEST LC, even over her signature. And this account already has it at S4.
If you do get both of these, you open the possibility of a mono-Quantum team, which is very fun to run.
The biggest recommendations I have, however, are Firefly's, Acheron's and Kafka's E2s, in that order.
Firefly's damage numbers skyrocket with her E2. She becomes an AoE Seele, which is ridiculous. If you want to maximize this team's potential, the upgrade order would be E2 Firefly > E1 Ruan Mei > THEN Firefly's signature. Do not let the signature LCs deceive you; the Herta Destruction cone is so competitive that it is basically a waste of your Jades until it becomes one of the last things you can upgrade.
Acheron's E2 enables her to run one less Nihility unit, which opens the team up to real degeneracy. Having a setup of Acheron/Pela/Sustain + an actual buffer (Robin would be my choice) would result in some disgusting gameplay potential.
Kafka's E2 is a 25% DoT increase for ALL allies on the field, not just her. This means her E2 also provides her fortune teller wife with a 25% DoT bonus, which is ridiculous. In other words, this Eidolon is sort of like getting two Eidolons for two characters at once.
I am assuming you're getting this account primarily for one of these teams/units, or maybe all of them. If that is the case, I wouldn't stay far from those recommendations.

Team setups and suggestions:
The available team setups that I've found to be incredibly fun (and optimized) are;
Firefly Break: Firefly/Harmony TB/Ruan Mei/Gallagher
- Notes: With E1 Firefly, the SP considerations are gone and the team is absolutely nuts. The pity is guaranteed for her rerun as well, if you want her E2, which is considered the best Eidolon in the entire game.
Just don't run the team into any enemies that lock their toughness bars. Any other content is a literal breeze.
Kafka DoT: Kafka/Ruan Mei/Black Swan/HuoHuo
- Notes: Ruan Mei is swapped for Robin when the other team is Firefly Break, as Firefly Break values RM's buffs far more than DoT does and Robin provides comparable numbers for this team: Black Swan can be added to Acheron teams and replaced with Sampo or Guinaifen if needed. I'd recommend against that, and instead placing Guinaifen on the Acheron team if running them concurrently. Black Swan and Kafka are basically dating and shouldn't be apart if you're running DoT as one of your teams.
Hypercarry Seele: Bronya/Tingyun/Seele/HuoHuo
- Notes: HuoHuo and Tingyun provide a really flexible composition where you have to make fun decisions. Using Tingyun's ult on HuoHuo to enable both a Bronya and Seele ult post-HH buff is going to pull some stupid numbers. Ideally, however, you'd use both Tingyun and HuoHuo's ultimates purely on Seele.
- Notes: I have two builds ready for Acheron. This one is HC Acheron, where she's running the typical speed (134) requirements, and functions together with Kafka or Black Swan, Pela and Gallagher to effectively ult multiple times a round. Note that Kafka or BS should be running Kafka's Signature Cone, PAYN, no matter which one you are running. It applies additional debuffs by itself, which ticks up Acheron's petals really fast. Kafka or BS should also be running a ridiculous amount of speed. Yes, they will be adding some amount of damage dealt, but they are such valuable units for Acheron due to their ability to charge her ult. Pela and Gallagher are both SP-positive, and thus Kafka's skill can be spammed. If you find yourself running out of SP with Kafka, swapping to BS will help with that, as she consumes less SP (one Skill activation per three rounds). However, this also charges Acheron's ult slightly slower.
- Notes: This build's Acheron hits even harder than the other one. The idea is to run ATK boots on Acheron to optimize her to do even more damage. Bronya builds only SPD and CRIT. With her E6 and Signature LC, she'll essentially "tug Acheron along" to be just as fast as she is. This team is able to spam skills without going SP negative (and sometimes even going SP positive) due to Bronya's E1 and LC. However, it is more SP-intensive than Ultspam Carry, and your playstyle will determine if you'll run Kafka or Swan/Pela. Kafka has higher SP requirements here, and will rely a bit on the RNG of Bronya's E1 to be able to reliably spam skills. If you don't like that, running BS or Pela is just as fine.
If you get Acheron's E2, I would HEAVILY recommend this team over the other one. We lose a part of Acheron's Talent here (1 Nihility unit means 115% damage over 160%), but the increase in turns and the better stats from not having to build any SPD can make up for that. However, her E2 allows her to bypass that and pretend that just one of Kafka or Swan/Pela are 2 Nihility units, which means this team becomes brutal.
Clara Throwin Hands: Clara/Topaz/Robin/March 7th or HuoHuo
- Notes: HuoHuo is the preferable choice for your sustain here, but with March 7th at E6 and her Signature at S5, she can sustain through most content if built correctly while adding some taunt to Clara. Again, however; HuoHuo is the preference here. I'd recommend running this as a second team to Firefly Break or either Acheron team, and not Seele or Kafka DoT. That's purely because HuoHuo is such an insanely valuable unit in this team that playing it without her is possible and clears content still, but it always feels like a bit of a struggle.
With Clara's E2, she also hits like a truck and then keeps on hitting harder every time.
The Cooler Daniel: Dan Heng IL/Tingyun/Bronya or Ruan Mei/HuoHuo
- Notes: I've only run this in the new Sim Universe, but it's an incredibly fun team to run. E6S1 Bronya isn't SP-negative, but she doesn't quite provide the SP leisure that Sparkle does. DHIL is one hungry boi, and while this team is functional, it lags behind the other options due to the high SP consumption. While it can match the damage, it needs a lot of thinking and planning to do so.
- Notes: Similar to the Clara team, but with more of a focus on Topaz. We have her second best LC, Swordplay, at S5. You could run Clara here and basically run both teams, but running Ratio allows for Topaz to shine more than Clara can. However, for this team to compete with Acheron and Kafka teams, Aventurine would be needed. For now, though, it's a nice little something that can still clear content and have fun doing it, even if a little slower.
