Refund Policy
Ordinary refunds are not eligible after the point of sale. Once you have account access, you cannot request a refund for that account. Please ask any questions or address any concerns you have prior to purchase!

Recall Protection Policy
Refunds are only available in the event of an account recall by the original owner, for which I offer several methods to help GUARANTEE that you get your refund. These methods are intended to provide you with a strong case for proof of a recall. Without one of these methods, providing sufficient proof to myself or the mods of EpicNPC will be more difficult. By enrolling in Recall Protection, you can have much more peace of mind in your purchase.
There is no fee for using my Recall Protection methods, and using Recall Protection is not required, it is an opt-in service.

• Method 1: I keep my email linked to your account, and I will give you a code to login to each of your devices. If the account is recalled, I will 100% be able to tell because my email will no longer be linked. This is the best and only foolproof way of providing proof of a recall. This is your 100% refund guaranteed method against a recall.
  • Pros: You're guaranteed a refund if the account is recalled.
  • Cons: You have to get a code from me anytime you get a new device. (I'm available very often)
  • Note: If you want to use a custom password, I can change it for you. Just let me know.
• Method 2: I link my Twitter to your account. Sometimes when an account is recalled, the original owner will remove any external links from that account. If this happens, I could be able to verify and would issue a refund.
  • Pros: You can change the email and password of your account, get your own codes to login, and still have a very good chance at a refund if the recall happens.
  • Cons: The original owner might not remove the my Twitter link during the recall. If my Twitter isn't removed and I still see that it is connected to the account, then your refund is not guaranteed since it's unlikely the OG owner would allow a 3rd party to access the account. In this method, there also becomes a possibility of creating a dead link on the account if my Twitter is somehow banned (unlikely).

Why use this service? Any account you purchase has a chance of recall, whether you bought from a new user or a seller with 1000 reviews. Since it can be very hard to offer conclusive proof of a recall, you may not have enough evidence to prove one on your own. With my service, you have access to a 100% guarantee of a refund with recall protection, which most sellers simply won't offer. The service is purely for your benefit, but is still optional if you don't prefer to use it.

Additional Notes:

• By default, I will plan to enroll members seeking Recall Protection coverage in Method 1 since it is the only guaranteed method to get you a refund. If you want to use Method 2, please let me know.
• If you purchase the account using an EpicNPC Middleman, you cannot use Method 1 of Recall Protection since they must secure the email. Please inform me if you wish to use Method 2 when purchasing an account through a Middleman.
• When receiving Recall Protection from methods 1 or 2, you are able to opt-out at any time and receive the full access anytime you want, just give me notice and I will work with you in a timely manner.
• If you would like to resell the account you purchase from me, you must opt-out of Recall Protection, since I will need to unbind my Twitter and/or surrender the email bound to the account.
• Note that refunds are for 100% of the agreed sale value of the account and does not include any fees associated external to that amount. I.e. if an account is sold for $250, you paid $10 in fees, and you spent $50 in-game, only the sale price of $250 is refunded.
• In general, a recall is not likely to happen. I am very strict when I am purchasing accounts, and my sellers have a lot to lose by recalling an account. However, since it is still possible and it can be an emotional event since you will have money on the line, this policy is here to address the single biggest concern there is when purchasing an account, a recall. That is why this policy exists, not to scare you, but to inform and assure you that I take your interests and security extremely seriously. You can be confident when purchasing an account with me, especially when using my Recall Protection Policy!

Installment Plan Policy & Account + Money Agreement

If you would like to purchase an account, but don't have the ability to pay the full value of the account immediately, I accept Installment Payment Plans and/or Account + Money deals for you to more easily make your purchase. By electing to pay to using an installment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment Terms: Buyers will make an initial down-payment of 50% value of the account, and may spread the remaining cost of the account over a maximum of 60 days. Exceptions could be made depending on your circumstances or the account being sold. The specific payment schedule will be provided at the time of purchase. Buyers may (and are encouraged!) to complete their payments earlier than the scheduled due dates, if desired.
• Late or Missed Payments: In the event that a payment is not received by the specified due date, the account will be reclaimed and any prior payments made by the buyer will not be refunded. Please ensure you are paying your plan on time, it is not my responsibility to remind you of an upcoming payment.
• In-game Purchases: It is not recommended to make purchases on an account prior to full repayment of an installment policy. If you decide to make in-game purchases, they cannot be refunded.
• Refunds: All sales made under this installment policy are final. There are no refunds on installment purchases. Only in the event of a recall will payment plan be canceled, and a refund be issued per my Refund Policy.
• Game Account Suspension/Ban: If a game account is banned or suspended during the installment period, I will work with the buyer and the game publisher to resolve the issue, if possible. However, there is no guarantee of a resolution and the buyer is still responsible for completing the installment payments as per the agreed terms.
• Account + Money Agreement: If you deliver an account to me as a portion of your down-payment, it will be assigned a dollar value and will be treated as such. If I sell it for more or less is my business and does not change the terms of this sale. If a refund were to be issued for this sale, only that assigned dollar amount would be returned, not the account itself. Additionally, if that account goes on to be recalled, you agree to pay the assigned dollar value of the account to me to reimburse it. I reserve the right to not accept any account and only proceed with a money only deal at my discretion.
• Amendments: I reserve the right to change or amend these policies at any time. All changes will be communicated to buyer in a timely manner.
