A tip!

When trying to exchange W.O.T account, you need to add the new owners mobile number to your account, and remove any previous phone number that was registered to the previous owner i.e. you..
Im sure you already know the game account name can not be transferred to another email account, so the email account user detail and password has to be sold as part of the deal.

Thought i would help put this into plain english in case people do not understand how it works.
