[EU] 2 tier X tanks + 2 tier 8 tanks + 1 premium, don't need gold, premium acc nor credits

I am looking for an affordable account with maximum 2-3 tier X tanks, 2-3 tier 8 tanks and 1 premium tier 8 tank.
There is a list of preferred tanks below, but NOT ALL NEED TO BE ON ACCOUNT, just 2-3 of each maximum!

I don't care how many personal missions have been done so far, preferably none.
I don't care about the gold account has, credits nor premium account time left or if it is a reroll or not.

The tanks should have it's own crew with at least 2 skills, preferably 3, full equipment (I don't consider binos or camo net as proper equipment on these tanks) and the average WN8 should be over 2.000.

I can't believe this, but I am STILL LOOKING!!

Only 2x tier X and at least 1x tier 8 from the list are needed on the account, no premium tanks needed, gold is preferred but not required and E50M will work too as medium!
WN8 2.000 and up, don't care about number of battles!
