First time good, but the second time poor

He did amazing for the first time, but the second time got me angry. Yes, it is cheap, but it felt like he never took it seriously. He didn't even complete the agreed service after 2 days. He did half of it and ignored the rest. He kep on reassuring me that he would do it, but he never did it. He just straight up ignored our agreement.
