What is the dispute about? The account was seemingly recovered. I was mid game and got kicked out and saw that all the info had been changed to the account. They deleted all friends, left all my guilds and changed the info.
Other details / notes:
There are an extra few pieces of information that can be used to recover an ESO account that i DID NOT know about, and i dont think the mods on the site knew either. If they had the account creation date and the city they first logged in on
i believe they could get their account back. Also the guy i bought it from was reading the thread today i used to buy the account.
