Yes the account is still for sale,. I did not play this wipe on this account (its lvl 1).
Sorry for the confusion I was writing it at night haha. Email change means after purchase I'll request your e-mail adress so I can change it to yours. Unfortunately I cant provide original email access as its my main Google account.
