Did all steps and haven't gotten a SMS yet. Read a couple posts and I guess others also had the same issue. Could I please get a refund so I can do the phone call instead?

Same thing happened again using the phone verification.

Uploaded License > Sent Payment > Clicked back to site > input phone number for phone verification > 40 minutes later still no call.

Let me know if maybe I'm doing something wrong.

It seems the SMS (text messaging) is not working at this time. Please use the regular phone call option. It's an automated call that just tells you the pin. We'll get the SMS fixed asap.

The second time I tried I was using the phone verification and never got a call. Should I try again?
