EpicNPC Verified help.

Hey there. I'm a new user trying to set up a little business. I've tried to become EpicNPC verified, however - the payment has gone through, I've sent in my ID and I've done the telephone verification but I'm still not EpicNPC verified for some reason. Am I doing something wrong?

it takes up to 24 hours for the verification process to be completed as only Epicnpc himself handles them. he will be online shortly so if u did it all correctly then there shouldnt be a problem
