EpicNPC Rules contradicting with how the site works

First of all, on PoE Account forum you have the "levelling" icon you can put on your thread, but according to diamondstarfall's post you are not allowed to post powerlevel on this forum.diamondstarfall said to use PoE Items sub-forum for selling powerlevel, yet, on this sub-forum the "levelling" icon is not available to put it in your thread or to search by it.
My powerlevel thread was moved to "corect section" accordingly to "Fencek" moderator, tough there are 5+ threads with powerlevel in the PoE Account forum.
Please take more time when doing things, you are contradicting yourselves and is not professional at all.

The filters are correct. I have moved the leveling threads to the correct forum and removed the sticky thread that was inaccurate. One leveling sticky thread remained because those are considered ads and do not follow normal rules.

The Poe Items forum is more active than the account forum, this might not have been true when that sticky thread rule was added. When the filters were added, I decided to put leveling and accounts into the same forum to increase activity for the account forum and to declutter the item forum.

But my powerlevel thread is still in Items Forum.Also is not that hard to edit the diamondstarfall post which says powerlevel must be posted into items sub-forum, is very confusing.

The diamondstar thread was removed.

Your powerleveling thread is in the account forum. This is the correct forum.

Thanks, it is now because i told you, but until now it was in the Items sub-forum as i said and it was very confusing.
