The mods and I will then vote on the candidates we believe to be the most beneficial to the staff.

Well it is a volunteer position, no one is forcing anyone to become a mod. There are also lots of perks to being a mod as well as free credits to use in the item store, so I think it's a fair trade off.

There is no need to make this a paid position. I do quite a bit of moderating and enjoy my time helping the members of the community

its more about the ability to help a community and keep it running so others can use a service without problems theres no need in my eyes to pay mods as its volunteer postions that keep things running these days due to the dedication to help others
