Wrong, autosweeper keeps us at 0.00 balance. comes directly from my bank

keep acting like you are right lol over a $4 transaction.

Unless you have some weird Chinese restrictions you can issue any refund instantly if the payer paid with current paypal balance regardless or not if it comes directly from your bank. It's an option paypal providees. It's not the price I care about, I simply was closing an old business paypal and getting rid of what was in it for some gold on a game I play on the side.

The thing that annoys me is that the entire thing was entirely an issue with the website I used and the process has been disgustingly slow and bad. Instead of just saying sorry we should update the site and we will refund ASAP I get flamed. Learn to take feedback.

I assumed that because I went to the website and it gave me the option to enter a custom amount in and then it allowed me to check out and then it took my cash from my paypal that I would be fine using that method, I must be really dumb! To make it even sadder, the website approved my order and then gave me ZERO information for hours until I opened live chat... which said they can not deliver in amounts that small sorry, we can refund you which is still not done.

I'd also like to point out I know perfectly fine how paypal works. I have over 85,000 transactions this year alone and over 1000 refunds, and I can assure you that every single one of them that paid with paypal balance and I refunded them with the refund option they receive their cash back with in the hour. It's really gross that your website makes a giant mistake and then attempts to be rude about it and tell me to learn to use paypal and I should have not trusted your own website and went to the chat..
Bought gold directly from the website. I had only $4 on a paypal account I intended on closing that day so I decided to just use it on their site for a bit of gold on my server of preference. I chose a custom amount(2100 gold) and it came to about $4... I checked out my order and it approved, charged my paypal and I figured every thing was all good. An hour passes with no message at all from anyone and I open live chat and ask what is going on.. they say they can not deliver under 10k to the server I chose, which is understandable but frustrating considering it let me check out and the website system was happy to automatically take my money knowing what I had ordered.

Despite the mistake I simply asked for a refund which has now been over 12 hours and are saying it can be up to three days, which I find odd because you can simply click 'refund' in paypal business and it will instantly refund me. Over all pretty disappointing as now if I want my money back I must wait a few days to close out my paypal I wanted to close yesterday, and the live support spoke poor english and was did not give any helpful specifics.
