i just subs on epicnpc member yesterday and alrdy paid for it, but after 24hours waiting i didnt recive any inform about the upgrade

I'm sorry, we have no record of this payment in our system or in our payment provider's records.

There seems to be an issue that started about a week ago where payments for Doku and possibly other Indonesia payment methods are not being recorded. We have reached out to our payment provider 2 days ago about this issue, but they have no yet received an response.

It should not have been added because we can't see the payment. That's why it was removed yesterday.

Once we receive a reply from our payment processor and have more information, we can resolve the issue.
