Epicmember Upgrade and badge removed and never returned

Hey,

I was always too busy to report this, but not I finally have some time. I had the EpicMember upgrade, then the forum had a big upgrade at some point ( about 1 year ago ), when it even went offline and had problems for quite a few days. I've noticed it immediately, but I didn't report it because I knew the staff was already very busy bringing the forum online .I was hoping it will eventually get fixed by itself, but it didn't so here we are. I want to mention that I've also tried to re-upgrade at some point, but that failed as well, despite the fact that I've already paid for it in the past.

Is this a known problem and can you fix it ? Here's how it looks like on my side:

Hey @Invisibility22 I’m pretty sure you cannot have an EpicMember Upgrade when you are an EpicMember Premium holder. When you upgrade to Premium, the lower badge gets removed. If that is intended or not I cannot say for sure, but it might have to do with how the permissions are set up. As the one badge is permanent and the other is not.

@Invisibility22 you have already got EpicMember Premium Upgrade, so probably lower onegone just after you bought premium upgrade

This has nothing to do with upgrades, this is the box that appears after you verify a phone number.

When we moved to the new platform 18 months ago, this box reset for all accounts. All you have to do is click the X in the top right to close it. It won't appear again.

Thanks for the reply I've always tried to click the Upgrade button in the past, but never actually tried to close it. Closing worked and it seems it didn't appear again.
