Epic MOD: Banned Account Issue

Was just hoping to talk with a MOD about an account that was banned.

The account was Exaggeration0260 or Exaggeration247 (can't remember the numbers)

Basically my account was banned for having made more than 1 account under the same IP.
At the time, I did NOT realize this was against the rules.

Reason for the 2nd account is that I could NOT remember my login PW for Epic NPC.
I requested a new pw, but the problem is that I cant get into my email address that the password/link is being sent to.
Hence, the 2nd account.

I was hoping to discuss with a MOD the potential reinstatement of my old account because I recall having between +15 and +20 positive rep that I worked hard to get.

I have no interest in going against the rules of this site and I only look to provide positive transactions going forward with this site.

We do not ban accounts for that reason we only close them. A super mod or epicnpc himself will be the only ones who will be able to re-open closed accounts so hopefully they will respond as soon as they can

Your old account is not closed. Continue to use that one as both ElitistGaming & Exaggeration0260 will be closed. If you're having trouble receiving emails from us, try adding @epicnpc.com to your email providers safe/white list.

Is what is showing up under Exaggeration247

I am just looking to get back my account that has all the reputation on it and then these accounts can be closed.
Can you provide me with a lift as well as the new pw in a PM cause I will be unable to receive a pw reset as I cannot figure out the pw to my old email.
