Epic Member Upgrade not Applied to my account after 48 hours

I purchased Epic Member upgrade 48 hours ago and still not applied.

Even created a ticked but still no response. I read that they usually apply after 24 hours.

There is no payment recorded on your account. Most likely your card was declined or denied. Those types of payments should appear back on your card in 24-48 hrs.
