It has max fury - max bonus damage - max attack speed and MAX HOTA BONUS!
But if that is not enough for you. This account also has a 4.5k Boulder Breaker! For use with the number one spec the "rend" build. Pics below.
BUT if that is not enough for you - there is also a Beautiful Seismic slam two hander - that is nearly 4.5K also.
