So, yesterday I decided to buy an account using trade guardian. I paid and suddenly Epic flagged my account so all of the MM weren't able to help until the issue was cleared up. That was almost 12 hours later. After it cleared I went to bed and the MM finally came. Now, the seller and I are both up and the MM is nowhere to be found. We'd like to change the MM but there's no option to after one has joined. Please I've made this guy wait long enough. Can we please get some help with this situation.

NEW TRADE GUARDIAN TRANSACTION #11491

Below is the time line of events:

12:04am - MM transaction created (MM invited)
12:11am - MM fee paid
1:18am - invite to MM cancelled
1:19am to 10:43am - more invites sent/cancelled
2:22pm - MM added, buyer went offline
9:53pm - buyer is back online, MM is offline

It seems the seller was sending invites to a few MM, but they were not accepting. This could be due to being AFK or being busy with other transactions.

The MM Invite option is best used if you have already spoken to the MM you want to use and they're ready to start. When an invite is sent, it prevents other MM from claiming the transaction, so this can further delay the process. If you have no MM preference, it's best to not select anyone, then the next available MM will claim the transaction. This process is much faster then sending out random invites.

Unfortunately the buyer was not online for a while so the MM went offline. This is common depending what time zones everyone is in. It appears you're near the end of the process, so once he comes online, you can complete the transaction.

He never came on. It's been three days now

This is not true. The MM was online on Monday, the first day and posted at 11:22pm EST.

hey guys, thanks for using trade guardian and having me as your middle man

It is important that both of you are online during the process to make it as smooth as possible.
....
Buyer, please standby and wait for the confirmation before you send the money

No one replied for about 45 minutes, so it appears the MM went offline while waiting. The seller has still not sent the account information to the MM. The MM does not need to be online to receive the information. The seller can use the private "MM Only" option to send him the info and when he gets online he can login and secure the account.

Once that happens, the MM will post some information for the buyer to confirm the account is as advertised. Once the buyer confirms everything is okay, the buyer then makes the payment to the seller.

The next step should be the seller sending the information to the MM. The MM can't do anything unless the seller does this.

I'm sorry, once a MM is added they can't be replaced. You can cancel the transaction and we'll issue a full refund within 24 hrs. You can then create a new one. This time tell the seller not to invite any MM, instead let the first available claim it.

I didn't mean three days since the MM left. I meant three days since all the problems started. Only meant he never came back on since he first joined. Anyways, thanks for responding in a timely manner. I'll discuss what you said to me with the seller. Thank you for your time.

The MM has not been online for about 26 hrs, so that's unusual. MM should not be leaving transactions inactive for that length of time.

I recommend cancelling and starting a new transaction since no information has been sent to the MM yet. A full fee refund will be issued within 24 hrs.
