Fraud alert!!

We agree on the price for 170 for his Ffbe account and I sent it in as goods purchase on PayPal. He refused and require it to be sent in as family and friends. Seller stated he has sent in the refund for the first 170 and I did not receive it. After a couple of days he log back into his Google account and unbind it! He still owed me 340 and stole the account back! Stay away from this fraud.
